1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ReceiptStorm receipt management application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

ReceiptStorm is a receipt management application that provides the following services:

• AI-powered receipt scanning and OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
• Receipt storage and organization
• Spending analytics and insights
• Shopping basket management (Pro plan only)

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use ReceiptStorm. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

4. Subscription Plans

ReceiptStorm offers Free and Pro subscription plans. The Free plan includes 5 AI scans per month and unlimited manual entries. The Pro plan includes unlimited AI scans, unlimited manual entries, and access to the basket feature.

On Android and web, all orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle) as the Merchant of Record. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you agree to pay the monthly fee and authorize Paddle to charge your payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

On iOS, ReceiptStorm Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered through Apple In-App Purchase. Title: ReceiptStorm Pro. Length: 1 month. Price: €3.00/month (or the equivalent price in your local currency as shown in the App Store). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Disclaimer

RECEIPTSTORM IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. While we strive for accuracy in our OCR technology, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in receipt scanning and data extraction.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of scanned receipt data. ReceiptStorm is not responsible for any errors in OCR results or financial calculations based on receipt data.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReceiptStorm and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses based on receipt data.

7. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to your receipt images and data uploaded to ReceiptStorm. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We will not sell, share, or use your receipt data for any purpose other than providing and improving our Service, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to harm, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or engage in abusive behavior
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Apple-Specific Terms (iOS)

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is concluded between you and ReceiptStorm only, and not with Apple Inc. ReceiptStorm, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.

The license granted to you for the App is a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to the usage rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

ReceiptStorm is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as specified in these Terms or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be ReceiptStorm's sole responsibility.

ReceiptStorm, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, ReceiptStorm, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a 'terrorist supporting' country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
